Situated just 20 minutes' drive from the airport and beach town of Los Alcazares, which offers many shops, bars, banks, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, the apartment is also only 20 minutes from Murcia city

Payment Methods
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. All prices include air conditioning. Prices are subject to change at the owner’s discretion.

Deposit
£100 deposit (non refundable) per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. An additional cleaning/laundry fee of £60 applies to all bookings. Weekend golf breaks are welcome.

Security deposit
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.

Change Over Days
Changeover day
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Weekend to weekend bookings are preferred.


Additional Pricing Information
Any bookings taken outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year period are £250 a week.

There are also many children’s play areas and free tennis courts available for use.





Laundry
Towels and linen are included. If an additional clean is required during your stay, this will be an extra charge of £50. Please note: towels are for apartment use only and guests should bring their own beach/pool towels.

The local area, Murcia, offers plenty of activities for holidays, especially golfing holidays. The sandy beaches are also ideal for watersports enthusiasts and local sports include fishing, sailing, diving, windsurfing, paragliding and swimming.
