Situated on the ground floor it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the resort’s bars, restaurants and clubhouse, it is ideal for golfers and holidaymakers that want plenty of bars and restaurants on their doorstep.

Entertainment
The local area, Murcia, offers plenty of activities for holidays, especially golfing holidays. The sandy beaches are also ideal for watersports enthusiasts and local sports include fishing, sailing, diving, windsurfing, paragliding and swimming. Other activities include golf, tennis, cycling, rollerblading and horse riding. Mar Menor's sandy beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow and depths only reach 7m. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade. There are plenty of cafes, tapas bars, palm trees and restaurants found along the beachfront also.
Outside space
Lovely views of the communal pool area and golf course can be seen from the terrace. The property has sunbeds, guest are asked to store these away in the evening (a chain and padlock is provided).

There is one terrace area with a table for alfresco dining. Guests have access to a large communal pool and jacuzzi and garden area, with plenty of room for sunbathing. Guests can use any of the resorts 12 communal pools. There are also many children’s play areas and free tennis courts available for use. If sunbeds are left out over night, please use the padlock and chain provided.
