This luxury villa offers a private garden and pool with hot tub in a superb location on secure 5 star golf resort, just 5kms away from a safe, sandy, family-friendly beach in Mar Menor, Europe's largest salt water lagoon.

The property sleeps up to six people and has three bedrooms. Mar Menor Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style villas, townhouses and apartments. It is kept in a contemporary style with a comfortable furnishing throughtout. The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden with plenty of fragrant bougainvillea.

It is also has a nine-hole golf course, five star Intercontinental hotel, on-site supermarket, range of restaurants and bars, a luxury spa and communal resort pool. The resort is one of seven new Polaris World Golf Resorts being built in the Murcia area.

Payment Methods
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

Any bookings made from outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. Bookings made for Christmas and New Year weeks are £350 per week.

Deposit
£100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property.Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. If you require the hot tub to be heated there is an additional charge of £30 per week.

Any bookings made from outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. Bookings made for Christmas and New Year weeks are £350 per week.

In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.


Change Over Days
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.

Additional Pricing Information
A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £15 each a week.

A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £15 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmalade and a bottle of wine (red or white).

Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay, this will be an extra charge of £60. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring there own beach towels.

The resort offers the beautiful 5 star Intercontinental Hotel & Spa, along with a 9-hole golf course, leisure centre, communal swimming , restaurants, bars, a snack bar, a small but well-stocked supermarket (selling international goods) tennis court, gym and health centre.

20 minutes' drive from Murcia city, which offers fantastic nightlife, shopping and restaurants.
10 minutes' drive from Mar Menor/Los Alcazares (beach) which also offers many tapas bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets.
Approx. 2 hours' drive to Granada and the Alhambra Palace.
Approx. 3.5 hours' drive to Madrid.
Approx. 45-50 minutes' drive to Alicante, well know for it's popular water and theme parks.
A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is 20 minute drive away.

With living accommodation set on two levels with a staircase, this property may not be ideal for those in a wheelchair.
