With many facilities including a plasma TV, DVD player, air conditioning in the lounge and fans in each bedroom, this comfortable apartment has a fantastic location and views that are hard to beat.

Situated just 20 minutes' drive from Murcia airport and 15-20 minutes form the beach town of Santiago de la Ribera and Los Alcazares, which offer many shops, bars, banks, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, the apartment is also only 20 minutes’ drive from Murcia city.

Payment Methods
Notes on prices

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. All prices include air conditioning. Prices are subject to change at the owner’s discretion. Shorter stays for golfers and families are welcome at £65 per night, plus a standard cleaning fee.

Deposit
£100 deposit (non refundable) per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. An additional cleaning/laundry fee of £65 applies to all bookings. Weekend golf breaks are welcome. Any bookings taken outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year period are £350 a week. Up to 6 people

The apartment can sleep up to 6 people. If this is required an additional charge of £100 per week is payable.

Change Over Days
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Weekend to weekend bookings are preferred.

Additional Pricing Information
Security deposit

In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.

Location type
La Torre Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style, whitewashed villas, townhouses and apartments. Built around a town centre and attractive lake, the resort offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction, due for completion early 2009), along with an 18-hole golf course, 12 communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens, three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar.

Kitchen
Modern kitchen, fully furnished with hob (4 electric rings), extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, crockery, glassware and cutlery for four people. Washing machine, mop, bucket, iron and ironing board.

Living room
Open plan lounge/dining room with large L-shaped sofa, one dining table with four chairs, plasma TV, DVD player and air conditioning unit. Patio doors lead to main terrace with table, 4 chairs.

Bathroom
Modern bathroom with WC, shower/bath, sink, mirror and bidet.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 with double fan, built-in wardrobe (can be made into twin beds also).
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fan, built-in wardrobe (Can be made into double).

Satellite TV.

Outside space
There is one terrace area with a table for alfresco dining. Guests have access to a large communal pool (5 in total nearby) and garden area, with plenty of room for sunbathing. There is also a children’s play area near the apartment. Guests can use any of the resorts 12 communal pools. There are also many children’s play areas and free tennis courts available for use.Wonderful views of the golf course a can be seen from the terrace, 5 communal pools are within easy reach.

Laundry
Towels and linen are included. If an additional clean is required during your stay, this will be an extra charge. Please note: towels are for apartment use only and guests should bring their own beach/pool towels.

There is also a hairdresser salon onsite that also offers beauty treatments. The resort also has a bank, travel shop, internet access, tennis courts, a large, well-stocked supermarket (selling international goods), health centre, golf shop, a hospital & playgrounds.
