Payment Methods
The balance (after deposit) is payable 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings within 8 weeks of arrival, requires full payment at the time of booking. A contract is formed once we have received a completed booking form and payment has cleared. Such contract is, of course, subject to the information provided in the booking form being correct.

Deposit
If you are interested in booking our apartment, we require a deposit of £100.00 per week within 7 days of a verbal booking.

The Region of Murcia is a beautiful area of Spain, located between the Costa del Sol and the Costa Blanca I,t has many unspoilt beaches along the Costa Calida (warm coast). The living room is equipped with a brand new 32' LCD TV with a choice of over 50 English language channels. For your entertainment there is also a DVD player, CD player, IPOD speakers and a PS2 with games.

Bedrooms
It has a master bedroom fitted with a double bed, and second bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe and french windows leading to the terrace at the rear of the property where there is a small table and two chairs.

The apartment has a spacious front terrace (with sofa, chairs and table) overlooking the large swimming pool

There is underground parking for one vehicle with access to the apartment via a lift or stairs.
