This south facing, frontline golf apartment is furnishd to a high standard. It has two double/twin bedrooms with additional sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped & has all mod cons including washing machine & dishwasher.The lounge/diner has a 28"TV/DVD and dining area for six. This leads on to the terrace area which looks onto the 3rd green, Par 4. You can dine out on the terrace or just lounge around. The large communal pool is only steps away.

The resort is built on a nature reserve which means that the build density only equates to 4% of the entire resort. This makes the resort the most spacious of all Polaris Resorts and centainly one of the most prestigious and exclusive to be designed by Polaris World. Hacienda Riquelme's Championship Par 72 golf course is fully open and offers a firm challenge to even the most accomplished golfer.

The area of Mar Menor boasts many other golf courses. Next door we have the Sam Torrance Golf Resort and a short drive away we have the prestigious La Mange Club with its three 18 hole courses. The historic town of Murcia offers great shopping and is the cultural capital of the region. We recommend that you hire a car as the road system is excellent.

As our guest you are entitled to 'owners golfing discounts' and any other promotions on at the time of your visit. The free Polaris shuttle bus allows you to visit and experience the other Polaris Resorts where this 'owners golfing discount' can also be used. Tee off times can be arranged in advance.

The apartment and location is ideal for golfers and families. The resort is peacful and secure, thus making it ideal for children of all ages.

Additional Pricing Information
A security /damage deposit of £100.00 is required and is refunded upon full inspection of the property by our agent after your stay. 70 euros is left in the department to pay for end of stay cleaning. Our agent is available to meet you at the airport and provides you with a transfer service to and from the resort and will be able to answer all your questions.

 
 
Further Details

Location type
The local villageof Sucina is close to the resort with San Javier and its airport only 10 minutes drive. Alicante Airport is appox. 45 minutes drive. The beaches are no more than 10-15minutes away. Roads are well maintained and well signed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge freezer, washing machine, diswasher, microwave and full cooking facilities. An iron and board is also provided.

Living room
The lounge has two sofa's one of which is a double sofa bed and a 28" flat screen TV/DVD. Air conditioned and central heated.

Dining room
The dining area caters for six and looks out onto the terrace. Air conditioned and central heated.

Bathroom
There is a fully fitted bathroom with toilet, bath, shower over bath, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Bedrooms
Both bedrooms have their own private terraces and security blinds, fitted wardrobes with drawers. Bedroom one is a double, bedroom two is a twin. Extra sleeping is provided via the double sofa bed in the lounge.

Entertainment
28" flat screen TV/DVD. Entertaining on the terrace whilst enjoying the golf views is a must.

Outside space
A private terrace offers views over the Par4 , 3rd Tee. It has dining and sun loungers. The large communal pool is only steps away and a real pleasure after a long day on the golf course.

Laundry
Bed linen provided as is bath/hand towels. These are laundered. Beach towel/outside towels are not provided.

Parking
Paking is directly outside the apartment. There is also ample parking outside the supermarket and golf shop.

Leisure facilities
Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail.
Usage of all othe Polaris leisure facilities including, gym, internet, restaurants, bars and cafes.
All swimming pools on site (22 of them) including the Jaccuzzi at the pool near the 17th Green.

Restaurants
Bars and restaurants are on Polaris World Resorts. You will also find many bars and restaurants in the near villages, San Javier, Cartegena and Murcia.
