This luxury 2 bed apartment overlooks the 4th hole on the superb new 5 star Polaris World Golf Resort of La Torre. The apartment boasts all of the facilities you will need for a fantastic holiday, whether it be for golfing or family use. The attraction of this apartment is that it is right in the heart of the beautiful and well equipped resort.

La Torre is located only 15 minutes from the safe, sandy beaches of the Mar Menor. The resort itself is accessible from anywhere in the UK with San Javier airport only 15 minutes by car and Alicante a 50 minute drive.

Booking on La Torre also affords you access to the sister resorts of Mar Menor which includes a 9 hole par 36 course plus luxury spa and El Valle which features an 18 hole par 71 golf course. Residents of La Torre are entitled to discounted green fees on both of these resorts. A free courtesy shuttle bus runs regularly between the 3 resorts.

Payment Methods
We accept payment by cheque.

Deposit
A deposit of £50 is required on booking. A £150 security deposit to cover against breakages and damage is payable with the balance and returned after departure and when the apartment has been checked and the key returned.

Change Over Days
The change over day is flexible. The apartment is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

Additional Pricing Information
Balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
Full payment is required if booking less than 6 weeks before arrival.
A €50 cleaning charge is payable locally to the key holder.

Location type
The apartment is located near the front of the resort with views overlooking both the 4th hole and lakes with uninterrupted views towards the nearby mountains.

Kitchen
The very well equipped kitchen features a cooker, hob and extractor fan. A microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, all crockery & kitchen utensils etc are also provided. There is also a separate small utility area.

Living room
The light, airy living area has leather sofas, TV & DVD and features patio doors opening out onto the spacious balcony.

Dining room
The dining area offers a solid oak dining table plus 4 leather chairs making it ideal for using on cooler evenings.

Bathroom
The luxury bathroom is equipped with a free-standing sink/vanity unit as well as a bath with overhead shower, WC and bidet.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has 2 twin beds with ample cupboard space in the built-in solid wood wardrobes. There is also a Juliet balcony looking out towards the town centre. The second bedroom also has 2 twin beds and also features built-in solid wood wardrobes.

Entertainment
There are a small selection of DVDs available in the apartment.

Outside space
The apartment has a large dual aspect balcony with views both over the 4th hole and the beautifully landscaped gardens at the side of the property. A table and 4 chairs is provided making it the perfect space for sunning yourself or enjoying a relaxing bottle of the local wine alfresco! The apartment is also located just 200 yards from one of the numerous communal swimming pools with both jacuzzi area and children's pools.

Laundry
An airer is located in the utility area along with an iron and ironing board.

Parking
A secure allocated parking bay is located under the apartment block. There is a lift available from the car park up to the apartment on the first floor.

Leisure facilities
In addition to the 18 hole par 68 Nicklaus Design golf course on the resort you will also find a driving range and club house; tennis courts; gym; childrens parks with slides, swings and climbing frames; numerous communal swimming pools with jacuzzi areas. Being only 15 minutes from the beach there are a host of water sports available.

Restaurants
On La Torre you are spoilt for choice. The Social Club is located in the centre of the resort and offers 2 bars, The Wood House & Pino's Bar - both ideal for light snacks whilst admiring views of the golf course. La Encina is a more formal buffet restaurant located within the Social Club, whilst Trattaria Acacia (Italian) and Limonero (Spanish) overlooks the town centre lake. El Roble Tapas Bar and The Clover Irish Bar offer a more informal setting. The supermarket features a deli & cafe.

Distance from airports/ports
La Torre Golf Resort is located just 15 minutes drive from Murcia San Javier Airport. Alicante is approximately 50 minutes drive. Both airports are easily accessible with daily flights throughout the UK and Europe. Additionally a new airport will soon be opening at Corvera, just outside of Murcia city.

Additional features
The resort offers a wealth of additional features including: pro shop; supermarket with home delivery service; hairdressers offering beauty treatments; Health & Care centre with an extensive range of perfumes, baby products, cosmetics, dental care, opticians etc; travel agent; international school and hospital.
