This large and luxurious villa with a private heated pool* and Jacuzzi*, is situated on a safe, family-friendly resort, not far from the beach. With three-double/twin bedrooms, sleeping up to six people, this modern Spanish villa offers a private garden area (fenced), a swimming pool with poolside Jacuzzi, air conditioning, shaded sun terrace, barbecue, upper-level solarium and off-road parking for one car. With all modern conveniences, including a plasma TV, dishwasher and DVD/CD playwer.

It is also just a 4 minute walk from the resort's supermarket and a 10 minute walk to the resort's golf club house, four restaurants and three bars. Two large communal pools with a kids' pool and large Jacuzzi are also just a few minutes' walk away. Guests can use any the the resort's 12 communal swimming pools and tennis courts.

Payment Methods
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

Deposit
Booking notes: £100 deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period are £475 per week. Bookings made from countries outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.

Change Over Days
This is a non-smoking villa.

Changeover day: check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.

Additional Pricing Information
The pool and jacuzzi can be heated, individually or together, for an additional cost per week: jacuzzi only £30, pool only £40, combined £65.

A £65 cleaning and laundry fee applies to all bookings.

Security deposit: in addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.

La Torre Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style, whitewashed villas, townhouses and apartments. Built around a town centre and attractive lake, the resort offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction), along with an 18-hole golf course, 12 communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens, three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as four restaurants.

There are three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as four restaurants (Tapas, Spanish, Italian and international buffet).

Outside space
Fenced garden area with private outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi (both can be heated for an additional cost). There is also a shower, shaded and unshaded patio area, outdoor garden table with six chairs, barbecue and six sunbeds. There is a large private solarium on the upper level with a table and four chairs, ideal for relaxing with a sundowner!

Laundry
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: towels and linen are included. Towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels. If a cleaner is required during your stay, there will be an additional charge of £60 per clean, please ask at time of booking.

There is parking for one car on the drive.
