Situated just a 4 minute walk from the resort supermarket and 10 minutes’ walk from the resort's on-site restaurants and bars, this villa is also a 20 minutes' drive from Los Alcazares which offers a beach and many shops, bars, banks, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The villa is 20 minutes' drive from Murcia city.

Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion

Deposit
£100 deposit (non refundable) per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. An additional cleaning/laundry fee of £65 applies to all bookings. Weekend golf breaks are welcome. Any bookings taken outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year period are £300 a week.

Please note: air conditioning is being installed in each bedroom, please ask for details. The pool will also be heated for autumn and winter lets 2008.

Change Over Days
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Weekend to weekend bookings are preferred.

Additional Pricing Information
A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £15 each a week.

A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £15 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmalade and a bottle of wine (red or white)Security deposit
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.

Location type
La Torre Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style, whitewashed villas, townhouses and apartments. Built around a town centre and attractive lake, the resort offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction), along with an 18-hole golf course, 12 communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens, three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as five restaurants (Tapas, Spanish, Italian international fusion and international buffet). The resort also has a bank, travel shop, internet access, a large, well-stocked supermarket (selling international goods), health centre, a hospital, playgrounds and school. The resort also offers 24-hour security and friendly English-speaking staff.

Spacious lounge with two sofas (one sofa is a sofa bed), plasma TV, CD/DVD player, Playstation 2, ipod docking station, telephone (incoming cheap calls only). Patio doors lead to main terrace with table, parasol and 6 chairs.

There are two outside terraces/solariums in total and a grassy garden area with a fence. Guests have their own private pool and well as access to a large communal pool 2 minutes’ walk away. Leisure facilities
The local area, Murcia, offers plenty of activities for holidays, especially golfing holidays. The sandy beaches are also ideal for watersports enthusiasts and local sports include fishing, sailing, diving, windsurfing, paragliding and swimming. Other activities include golf, tennis, cycling, rollerblading and horse riding. Mar Menor's sandy beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow and depths only reach 7m. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade. There are plenty of cafes, tapas bars, palm trees and restaurants found along the beachfront also.

30 minutes' drive from La Manga Strip.
Approx. 1 hours' drive to Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm and many other waterparks in the Alicante area including Aqualandia.

(waterpark open between 8 June to 31 August).

Suitability
This property is situated across one level making it ideal for guest with walking difficulties. The only stairs are outside and lead to the upper level solarium. There is a lockable gate for the solarium/front door area.
