This luxurious and spacious four-bedroom Spanish villa offers golf course views across the 9th fairway, combined with a private fenced garden area, large (heated*) swimming pool with shaded pergola, barbecue, upper-level solarium and off road parking for 1 car.

It offers many convenient facilities including satellite TV, a secure garden area for children, DVD player and air conditioning throughout. It is just a two-minute walk from the resort's communal swimming pool (with kids’ pool and Jacuzzi area) and the resort’s supermarket, cash point and many restaurants and bars. Situated approximately 10 minutes' drive from the airport and the beach town of Los Alcazares, which offers many shops, bars, banks, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, the villa is approximately 20 minutes' drive from Murcia city.

Payment Methods
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
£600 a week for bookings falling over the Christmas and New Year period.Prices are for the villa per week in UK pounds. Prices are subject to change at the owner’s discretion.


Deposit
£100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the villa. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. For all booking made outside of the UK, an additional £15 bank transfer fee will be charged.

Security deposit
In addition, a separate £200 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.

Change Over Days
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and checkout is at 11am on the day of departure.

Additional Pricing Information
For all bookings a cleaning/laundry charge of £70 applies. If you require the villa swimming pool to be heated there is an additional charge of £50 per week or £75 for two weeks.
