Ideal for families or golfing and sports holidays, this luxury villa is located on 'EL Valle' one of Polaris World's prestigious golf resorts. With a quiet atmosphere and unique rugged rural backdrop, it is situated just a short drive from the local beach as well as the cosmopolitan attractions of Murcia city.

The resort has a brand new clubhouse (opened on the 24th May 2008). The clubhouse is about a 10 minute walk from the villa and will soon have the Asador El Valle (a charcoal grill barbecue restaurant), Sandalo chill out bar, pro golf shop, Clover Pub, supermarket and 24hr cash point.

The property also benefits from many convenient facilities including a large plasma TV (satellite), DVD, CD player, dishwasher, microwave and air conditioning in every room. It also have has a new privacy screen at the back of the property for sunbathing and relaxed dining. Wireless internet access is also available form the front bedroom also.

Payment Methods
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period are £450 per week. All bookings are subject to a £50 cleaning and laundry fee.

Bookings made from countries outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.


Deposit
£100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. No groups under 21 are allowed. The pool can be heated for an additional charge of £50 per week.

In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.


Change Over Days
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure

Modern kitchen, fully furnished with hob (4 electric rings), extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, teapot, wine rack, crockery, glassware and cutlery for six people (plus plastic glasses for outside).

Living room
Open plan lounge/dining room with two sofas, one dining table with six chairs, air conditioning, plasma TV, satellite channels including Sky movies, DVD/VCR player, ipod station, feature fireplace (not for use). Patio doors leading to large terrace with table and six chairs.

Bathroom
Master en suite with WC, Jacuzzi bath/ shower, double sink and bidet.
Main bathroom with WC, shower, sink and bidet.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, en suite, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and patio doors leading to the pool.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, air conditioning and built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds, air conditioning and built-in wardrobe (internet access).

Entertainment
The resort has a brand new clubhouse (opened on the 24th May 2008). The clubhouse is about a 10 minute walk from the villa and will soon have the Asador El Valle (a charcoal grill barbecue restaurant), Sandalo chill out bar, pro golf shop, Clover Pub.

There is a large terraced garden area with a covered outdoor dining area with a table and six chairs and barbecue as well as an additional garden table with four chairs. The villa has six sunloungers and a large pool, which can be heated for an additional charge of £50 per week. The villa offers off road parking for two cars.

local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with many restaurants approx. 20 minute drive away.
The property is only 25 minutes' drive from restaurant and bars at Los Alcazares and 40 minutes' drive from La Manga Strip, .

Close by, guests can find La Torre Golf Resort which offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction), three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as four restaurants (Tapas, Spanish, Italian and international buffet).

This resort also has a bank, travel shop, internet access, a large, well-stocked supermarket (selling international goods), health centre, a hospital, playgrounds and school.
