This superb three-bed villa is built to the highest standard on a large corner plot with a comfortable and luxurious interior. Fully air conditioned throughout, the modern interior is complimented by a large open sun terrace with large private heated pool.

The villa is located within Polaris World’s La Torre resort just 20 minutes drive from the beach and is situated just a few minutes’ walk from the on-site supermarket as well as a 10 minute ‘flat’ walk from the resort’s clubhouse, 18-hole golf course and resort centre. It is ideal for golfers, families and holidaymakers that want plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

Payment Methods
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. All prices include air conditioning. Prices are subject to change at the owner’s discretion. You can rent this villa on a nightly basis from £70 per night, plus a standard cleaning fee.

Deposit
100 deposit (non refundable) per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. To heat the pool a charge of £60 applies. An additional cleaning/laundry fee of £65 applies to all bookings.

Weekend golf breaks are welcome. Any bookings taken outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year period are £375 a week.

Security deposit
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.


Change Over Days
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Weekend to weekend bookings are preferred.

Towels and linen are included. Beach towels not included and guests should use towels provided, for villa use only. If a cleaner is required for duration of your stay then an additional charge of £65 will apply. Please ask for details.

Kitchen
Kitchen is fully furnished with electric hob, extractor, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, dishwasher, toaster and all glassware and cutlery for 6-8 people

Living room
Open plan lounge/dining area with large sofa. Dining table with six chairs, TV, CD/DVD and air conditioning. Patio doors lead out onto garden and sun terrace.

Bathroom
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 has WC, bath/shower, washbasin, bidet.
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 2 has WC, bath/shower, washbasin, bidet.
Bathroom number 3 (adjacent to bedroom 3) has a shower, WC and washbasin.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 on the 1st floor has a king-size bed with built-in wardrobes and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 on the1st floor has 2 single beds, built-in wardrobe, and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, built-in wardrobe with ground floor bathroom adjacent.

Entertainment
The local area, Murcia, offers plenty of activities for holidays, especially golfing holidays. The sandy beaches are also ideal for watersports enthusiasts and local sports include fishing, sailing, diving, windsurfing, paragliding and swimming. Other activities include golf, tennis, cycling, rollerblading and horse riding.

Mar Menor's sandy beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow and depths only reach 7m. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade. There are plenty of cafes, tapas bars, palm trees and restaurants found along the beachfront also.

Outside space
Outside there is a large private heated* swimming pool (approx. 9m x 4m) with sunloungers and a table and chairs. The pool and garden area is fully fenced. Guests can use any of the resorts 12 communal pools. There are also many children’s play areas and free tennis courts available for use.

There is an upper balcony/solarium with a table and four chairs.

Laundry
Washing machine, mop, bucket, iron, ironing board, broom and cleaning product cupboard.

Built around a town centre and attractive lake, the resort offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction), along with an 18-hole golf course, 12 communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens, three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as five restaurants (Tapas, Spanish, Italian, international chill out bar/restaurant with outdoor pool and an international buffet).

Guests have access to the resort's 18-hole par 68 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other courses in the area including Mar Menor, el Valle, Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga
Golf Resort is also approx. 20 minutes' drive. Guests staying at the apartment can benefit from a temporary residents’ discount on all Polaris golf course, please ask for details. A fully signed handicap card is required to play.
