Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Prices quoted are for the property per week. Shorter and longer stays are available upon request.

Payment terms are by cheque, bank transfer. Payment is due 14 days before occupation of property.


Deposit
A refundable security deposit of 100:00 euros is reqI. n addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.

Additional Pricing Information
Towels and linen are included. Beach towels not included and guests should use towels provided, for villa use only. If a cleaner is required for duration of your stay then an additional charge of £65 will apply.
Weekend golf breaks are welcome. Any bookings taken outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year period are £375 a week.

The resort is in a rural setting surrounded by mountains and a 7,400 yard Championship Golf Course designed by Dave Thomas, this course will test every golfers skills. There is a golf academy course, two tiered driving range, pro shop and practice area.

The resort has many operational and planned sports activities including cycling, horse riding, tennis courts and children's play areas.

The local town of Fuente Alamo is 5 minutes away and offers a host of Spanish bars and restaurants. There is a large supermarket, ATM machines and a local newsagents selling English newspapers.
