Payment Methods
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

Deposit
£100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period are £350 per week. Bookings made from countries outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.
Security deposit: in addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.


Change Over Days
Changeover day: check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.



Additional Pricing Information
A £65 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.
Notes on accommodation: a high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £15 each a week.

A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £15 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmalade and a bottle of wine (red or white).

Location type
This south-facing modern, two-bedroom villa offers its own private swimming pool and garden. Stylishly decorated throughout, it offers many modern facilities including a plasma TV, CD/DVD player and air conditioning in every room, it is just a 5-10 minute walk to the resort's supermarket, 4 restaurants and 3 bars and approximately 20 minutes' drive from the beach, the villa is also a short drive from cosmoploitan Murcia city.

The resort offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction), along with an 18-hole golf course, 12 communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens, three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as four restaurants

Outside space
There are two outdoor areas (lower ground terrace and upper level solarium). A parasol with 6 sunbeds are also available. The villa also has a barbecue.

Laundry
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay, this will be an additional charge. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring there own beach towels.

Guests have their own private pool (with child guard) and terrace well as access to a large communal pool 2 minutes’ walk away. Guests can use any of the resorts 12 communal pools. There are also many children’s play areas available for use.
Guests have access to the resort's 18-hole par 68 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other courses in the area including Mar Menor, Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga Golf Resort is also approx. 20 minutes' drive.

Restaurants

Suitability
this property is situated across one level making it ideal for children and guests with walking difficulties. The only stairs are outside and lead to the upper level solarium, which is secured by a lockable gate.
