The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms open plan lounge with 28" TV and sky satellite. Fully air-conditioned throughout and decorated to a very high standard with marble BBQ situated in own rear garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking appliances, dishwasher and washing machine. The communal swimming pool can be accessed from the garden.

The house is superbly situated on this resort with the Clubhouse and Spanish Village within a 5 minute walk. The resort is located in a rural position surrounded by mountains with easy access from Murcia San Javier Airport and is gated with 24hr security and Wi-Fi internet access throughout

As well as all the superb golfing facilities, there is also a tennis academy with 8 tennis courts, 4 paddle ball courts, 2 football pitches and a rugby pitch, bowls green and boule court all floodlit. Mountain bike hire also available.

The gourmet ‘Hacienda’ restaurant has had excellent reviews. It serves the finest Mediterranean food in a modern, traditional, romantic setting. The cafe at the driving range serves drinks, coffees and snacks. The clubhouse restaurant has the new concept of show cooking. Plus Spike's bar, where you can order snacks and burgers and a good value meal of the day. 2 minutes drive into Fuente town brings a host of bars and the new Italian restaurant 'Stallones' also Chinese restaurants etc. Mazarron (with its beautiful beaches), Cartagena and Murcia are less than 30 minutes drive away.

Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Toaster, kettle and all utensils etc. Fire blanket, extinguisher and smoke alarms.

The open plan living room has 28" TV with Sky Satellite, DVD, Hi-Fi, 2 sofas, coffee table and fireplace. Patio doors leading to sun terrace, BBQ and rear garden.

Dining room
Dining area is situated within the open plan lounge and has seating for 4 people. The rear garden can be accessed from the dining area through french doors.

There are 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: This can be made up as a double if wished or as a twin room, with window to the rear of the property and door opening out onto the terrace. Ample wardrobe and storage. There is a fully tiled ensuite bathroom with bath / shower, marble topped vanity unit, sink and toilet.

Bedroom 2 situated at the front of the villa has 2 single beds and full size wardrobes. Both bedrooms have shutters on the windows so they remain cool.

The house has DVD, tv, satellite, radio, stereo system, cd, audio tape player

Outside space
House has front and rear landscaped gardens. Front access to rooftop terrace. Private rear garden overlooks the swimming pool, large patio and BBQ with an undercover area to keep you out of the midday sun. There are sun loungers, patio furniture and parasol.

Laundry
Towels and linen are included. The house is cleaned for arrival. A mid week clean and additional services can be arranged at an extra cost if required.

Parking
There is parking at the front of the property.

Leisure facilities
At the resort the facilities include tennis courts, paddle ball courts, football and Rugby pitches, basketball courts, international standard bowls green, boule courts, equipment available for hire, cycle trails, golf academy, pro shop and a magnificent two tier thirty six bay driving range with practice greens, bunkers. There is also a six hole academy course. Under construction, is the five-star hotel with spa.

Restaurants
The Spanish Village has 47 further shops, restaurants and bars. The gourmet ‘Hacienda’ restaurant has had excellent reviews and serves the finest Mediterranean food in a modern, traditional, romantic setting. The cafe at the driving range serves drinks, coffees and snacks. The clubhouse restaurant has the new concept of show cooking. Plus Spike's bar, where you can order snacks and burgers and a good value meal of the day.

Distance from airports/ports
Murcia Airport (San Javier) is approx 30 minutes by car. Alicante Airport is approx 1 hr 15 minutes by car. Ryanair have cheap flights to Murcia. Car hire is recommended so you can take full advantage of this beautiful region of Spain.

Additional features
The Hacienda has an on-site bank, gourmet restaurant, coffee shop and bars. All local amenities can be found in Fuente Alamo (5 minute drive from the resort).
