The villa is 20 minutes' drive from Murcia city and just a 3 minute walk from the resort supermarket.

Payment Methods
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

Deposit
£100 deposit (non refundable) per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. An additional cleaning/laundry fee of £65 applies to all bookings. Weekend golf breaks are welcome. Any bookings taken outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year period are £250 a week.
Security deposit
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.


Change Over Days
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Weekend to weekend bookings are preferred.

Additional Pricing Information
Shorter stays are welcome at £65 per night, plus a standard cleaning fee.
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.The apartment can sleep up to 6 people. If this is required an additional charge of £100 per week is payable.

Entertainment
La Torre Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style, whitewashed villas, townhouses and apartments. Built around a town centre and attractive lake, the resort offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction), along with an 18-hole golf course, 12 communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens.

Outside space
There are two outside terraces/sun terraces in total. Guests have access to a large communal pool, which is a 5-minute walk, with plenty of room for sunbathing. Guests can use any of the resorts 12 communal pools. There are also many children’s play areas available for use. The supermarket is a 3 minute walk away.
Lovely views of the golf course and surrounding hills can be seen from the large terrace. There are two outdoor seating areas. A parasol with 4 sunbeds is also available and a bbq.



Laundry
Washing machine, mop/bucket, iron, ironing board, broTowels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay, this will be an additional charge. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring there own beach towels.
