The complex of Yucca Park was formerly a timeshare complex, but now most of the apartments are privayely owned, including 236 - a superb 2 bedroom apartment, which can accommodate up to six people - an ideal base for your golfing trip.

Yucca Park is above all else a friendly complex, consisting of 96 apartments. When ou stay here you aren't just one of hundreds of visitor - you are a person on holiday. Kirk, who runs the poolside bar will son know your name, and you will feel right at home in this lovely location. There are 3 swimming pools, including a shallow "children's" pool, and free to use sun loungers around the pools - an ideal place to relax after 18 holes in the Tenerife sunshine.

Payment Methods
We accept cheque or BACS transfer.
We also accept PayPal, with a 4% surcharge.

Deposit
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking.
The balance is required 2 months before the start of your visit.
For bookings made within 10 weeks of the visit, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Change Over Days
Friday to Friday is preferred, but subject to availability any day.

Additional Pricing Information
The above prices are for up to 2 people.
Any 3rd or 4th person(s) are charged at £25 pewr person per week extra.
If you book within 2 weeks of your visit will will give you a 10% "late booking" discount

Location type
Yucca Park is in Playa de Fanabe, 2 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes from the very exclusive Del Duque shopping centre, and a few minutes in a taxi (or about 30 minutes walk) from central Las Americas, for those who want to sample the islands "clubbing" area of Veronicas. There are also plenty of bars & restuarants in the immediate area, as well as supermarkets etc to stock up in.

Kitchen
American-style, looking into the living room. Breakfast bar with 4 chairs. Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, 4 ring hob, oven, microwave/grill, kettle, toaster, iron, dish towels, all cooking and eating utensils, pots and dishes etc.

Living room
Living room has a double sofa-bed, comfortable chair, coffee table, side table with lamp, large buffet, TV, DVD player, Satellite with various English, Spanish, German and French channels.

Bathroom
Bathroom consisting of sink with vanity unit, large mirror, toilet, bidet, bathtub/shower. A hairdryer is provided.

Bedrooms
Bedroom
2 single beds, built-in wardrobes, vanity unit, alarm clock/radio, and safe. Overhead light and sconce lights over each bed.

Laundry
All bed linen & towels (not beach towels) are supplied, and changed weekly. Extra mid-week changes can be provided for a small extra charge.

Parking
There is plenty of on-street parking, or a "pay" underground car park if you prefer.

Restaurants
There are too many restaurants to mention here within a few minutes walk of Yucca Park. We have the poolside bar which serves snacks and meals, and everything from "Buger King" to 5 star restuarants to choose from - something to suit every taste, and every pocket !

Distance from airports/ports
The airport (Tenerife South) is about 20 km from Yucca Park. A taxi from the airport to complex costs around 24 euro, and takes around 15 minutes.
