4 Bedroom Apartment in Tenerife, Spain
This Four Bedroom apartment has a large 120 meter square living area. It is based on the ground floor of a detached building containing three other apartments. It has it’s own outside patio area and ample parking. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite to the master double bedroom. There is another double bedroom, one twin bedded room and one single bedroom containing bunk beds. There is a Utility Room containing washing machine and boiler next to the Kitchen/Diner, with one central corridor leading from the Lounge/Diner, which also has a small terrace to sit out and view the surrounding area.

There is a gymnasium 100 yards down the road and directly opposite you have Happy Days, a Sports and Leisure Club, where you can play Tennis or Bowls and enjoy nights out with various legend bands. Besides this there are several bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. There is a SPAR Supermarket, selling all your daily needs, at the end of the road, just 250 yards away and within one mile you have the lovely fishing village of Las Galletas. Here you will find shops of all various shapes and sizes selling everything you could possibly want, together with Banks and the Health Centre. The small harbour has a sandy beach area designated purely for swimmers and the promenade hosts even more Cafes and Restaurants.

The apartment is only about 20 minutes from Tenerife South airport and 15 minutes from the busy ferry port of Los Christianos, plus you have the varied night life in Playa de las Americas just a couple of miles further on. Buses run on a regular basis to and from this area and only take about 20/25 minutes, so easy access without driving to this metropolis is readily available.
If you are a golfer you are in paradise with five golf clubs all within 25 minutes drive away. The nine hole par 3 Los Palos course, with good practice facilities, is less than 10 minutes away. Amarilla Golf is only 15 minutes away and offers three nine-hole courses. Golf del Sur also has three nine-hole courses and is just up the road from Amirralla Golf. The golf courses at Las Americas and Costa Adeje are within 20 and 25 minutes drive away.

The apartment is well furnished throughout and includes all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils, as well as a kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. All bed linen, bath and han towels are supplied and changed every week.

We can book your golf course for you and arrange for various golfing packages at different courses, but we recommend you book your own flights and arrange you own transport.

Payment Methods
By cheque made out to Peter Westwood to be paid 30 days prior to departuture

Deposit
Cheque for £200 deposit to be sent at time of booking. This will not be cashed providing the apartment is left in the same condition it was when you arrived and assuming that is the case then this cheque will be returned. If any damage is made or items go missing then you give your permission for the repair cost of such damage or replacement cost of such items missing to be deducted from this cheque.

Change Over Days
I want to be as flexible as possible and there will be no hard and fast rules laid down, but if there are departures and arrivals on the same day I would like to request a change over period of four hours between guests to allow for cleaning and laundry to take place.

Additional Pricing Information
The price of £70 per person per week is the same all year round and it is based upon a minimum of four people sharing with a maximim of eight.. It is recommended that you book your own air flights and make you own transport arrangements, but we do offer help with booking tee-times on individual golf courses and golf packages on various different courses if required.

Location type
The apartment is situated in the quite suburb of Garanana within Costa del Silencio and is in walking distance of many bars and restaurants. It is within 20/25 minutes bus ride from Los Christianos and Playa de las Americas and within 10/25 minutes of five golf courses

Kitchen
Has recently been fitted with a new cooker and gas hobs, There is also a microwave and a fridge freezer. There is a small table with four chairs for breakfast. The utility room has a washing machine and a small sink.

Living room
Contains of a large corner section suite with coffee and lamp tables, along with a spacious sideboard and 32" television

Dining room
There is a large wooden dining table with six wooden upholstered chairs, but it will comfortably seat 8 people…………………

Bathroom
There are two bathrooms. One is en-suite off the master bedroom and the other is situated cetrally to the other bedrooms. They both have showers fitted above the baths.

Bedrooms
Two double bedrooms with one en-suite, plus one twin bedded room and one single room fitted with full size bunk beds.

Entertainment
There is a gymnasium 100 yards down the road and directly opposite you have Happy Days, a Sports and Leisure Club, where you can play Tennis or Bowls and enjoy nights out with various legend bands. Besides this there are several bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance.

Additional features
This is a very warm and homely apartment. It used to be my daughters family place of residence and has only recently been converted to accomodate holiday rentals. It is in a quite part of Costa del Silencio called Garanana, but within easy walking distance of lively bars and restaurants. Directly opposite the Happy Days Club offer cooked meals & snacks throughout the day, including full english breakfast

Suitability
Ideal for up to eight golfers or for two small families with children or four couples, including the elderly.
