This excellent 4-bedroom property enjoys a wonderful location, with far reaching views of the ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera. Situated in the popular resort of Costa Adeje there are plenty of excellent bars and restaurants within a short walk of the property, offering a wide range of food to suit any budget. With five great golf courses within 10 - 15 minutes drive there is plenty of choice for the golfers in your party but the location also lends itself to non golfing groups looking to enjoy everything Tenerife has to offer.

The house is on 3 floors. The top floor comprises a large double bedroom with bay window & patio door to balcony overlooking the sea and pool. This faces south & west & so is perfect to enjoy the stunning views all day long. The second twin bedroom on this level faces the mountains . The large family bathroom is on the landing between these bedrooms. The middle floor is the main entrance to the house & has a utility room with washing machine ,a shower room & a large hall with fridge freezer. The kitchen with dishwasher oven microwave fridge etc opens into the living area with 3 piece suite TV video & Cd player & a dining table in a bay window overlooking the pool & sea. This room continues through a patio door onto the south facing balcony where there is a barbecue & table & chairs. The lowest floor comprises a twin bedroom & a another larger twin bedroom with large ensuite bathroom & door to swimming pool level.
