Deposit
A 20% deposit is required to reserve a booking. The balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the date of arrival.

Change Over Days
Earliest entry time is 4:00 p.m. on day of arrival. Lastest departure is 10:00 a.m.on final day of stay.

Additional Pricing Information
Prices listed are per night. Prices do not include the 13% local sales tax.. For stays of less than seven (7) nights, an $80.00 cleaning fee is charged. At time of check-in, a $300.00 credit card impression is taken to safeguard against breakage or damage. This is removed within fifteen (15) days after departure is there is no damage to the premises. If something is damaged or broken, ONLY the cost of the repair or replacement is charged to the card.
