Our individually designed luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2 ensuite) villa is situated on the Loma Vista estate, close to the Champions Gate golf complex and well placed for Florida's many other golf courses. OUR VILLA is beautifully furnished and well equipped with all the requirements for a comfortable holiday. As this is our Florida home you will notice a few "home touches" to add to the enjoyment of your holiday. It has 2 double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. There are also 2 twin bedrooms that share a family bathroom.

THE LOUNGE is furnished with comfortable seating, including a bed-settee, small tables and lamps and is equipped with cable television, CD player and separate DVD. In the unlikely event that you will want to spend time indoors there is a library of CDs and DVDs to most tastes. There are also games and many bookds to choose from. The telephone/answering machine has free calls in the USA and Canada and 2cents per minute to UK landlines.

THE KITCHEN is fully fitted with stylish granite work surfaces and equipped with all the "gadgets" you should require. We have a large cooker with hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with icemaker and microwave.

THE DINING AREA has table and eight chairs, with a sliding door leading out to the covered patio/relaxation area and pool.

THE MASTER BEDROOM has a walk-in closet, a further cable TV, hairdryer and large en-suite bathroom, with granite surfaces and complete with shower and corner tub! It contains a comfortable queen-sized bed. For the safety of your valuables, there is a safe in the closet - available free-of-charge.

THE SECOND BEDROOM has a queen-sized bed, plenty of storage space and also has a cable TV, hairdryer, and en-suite bathroom.

THE THIRD AND FOURTH BEDROOMS have twin beds and are served by a third family bathroom.

THE POOL is 30ft by 15ft - ample size for a swim! -and is fully screened, together with a poolside shower. There is a covered patio/relaxation area with table, chairs and a bar area with stools and a comfortable 2-seater settee, complete with fan to take a break from the sunshine. There is also poolside furniture for those who want to make the most of the Florida sunshine! To fully enjoy those warm Florida evenings, both the pool and the large, outside, screened area, have external lighting. There is an area outside the pool screen with a permanently installed BBQ.

THE GARAGE has a washing machine and tumble dryer and also has pool inflatables, cool boxes and a set of golf clubs for the use of our guests.

LOCATION our individually designed villa is situated on the Loma Vista estate, approximately 10 minutes from Disney (through Champions Gate) and well placed for Florida's many golf courses and shopping malls. The nearest "Publix" supermarket is only 5 minutes drive from our villa. The Gulf coast is only about 1 hour away should you require a change of scenery!
