Location type
Situated on the prestigious Highlands Reserve estate, on the US27 just 10 miles from Disney our villa is perfectly located for taking advantage of all that Central Florida has to offer.

Kitchen
Our large, fully equipped, modern kitchen has all you need for your stay including a breakfast bar and nook with table and four chairs. If you must cook on vacation it will be easy in this well thought out and equipped space

Living room
We have two large living rooms giving enough space even for larger parties not to feel cramped
The elegant family room looks out to the pool area - this room has cable TV and DVD/CD players with plenty of space to relax. Parents can be reassured the pool can only be accessed from the alarmed patio doors of this room.
The second living room is at the front of the house, has a TV, DVD player and Nintendo Gamecube for entertainment and fun

Dining room
Here's yet more space where you can dine formally - the table seats 6

Bathroom
Family Bathroom is situated between the two twin bedded rooms, this is a fully equipped bathroom with shower and bathtub. Hairdriers are provided in all bathrooms

Bedrooms
Large master bedroom with en-suite is furnished with a king size bed and cable TV. The ensuite bathroom has an oval bath, toilet, twin vanity unit and walk in shower
Bedroom Two - has a queen size bed, cable TV and an adjoining shower and WC
Bedrooms 3 & 4 have twin beds and share the family bathroom situated between the two rooms
All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans for comfort and walk in closets.

Outside space
Our large pool area with spa is great for relaxing and the oversized deck with loungers is great for sunbathing. If you need shade the electric awning will provide just that. We also provide a George Foreman electric grill for outdoor cooking

Laundry
Not that you want to think of this when on vacation, but our utility room has a large washing machine and drier. Bring less clothes and take home luggage full of goodies, not dirty clothes! An iron and ironing board completes the laundry room

Parking
The driveway allows ample parking for two cars

Leisure facilities
Communal tennis court, pool and children's play area are within walking distance and Mickey Mouse is 15 minutes away!

Restaurants
There is a huge variety of restaurants in the area to suit every pocket. The nearest is just minutes away - books have been written about the rest!

Distance from airports/ports
The nearest airport is Orlando International and is about a 40 minute drive. Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive

Suitability
The property is suited to golf groups, families and family groups

We chose to stay at this villa for our 2 week holiday in Oct 07 and we were so satisfied that we have booked to go again in '09' for 3 weeks. This is by far the best villa we have ever stayed in the 2 lounges made all the difference as there was 8 of us 5 adults and 3 children (aged 6 2 and 1). The pool was beautiful with the sun on it all day with an electric awning to provide shade.
