The pool is cleaned every week by a specialist company to keep the water crystal clear for your enjoyment. Picking up the key to your luxury home couldn't be easier as we offer a 24 hour service and you drive straight past the door of the management company en route form either airport to Southern Dunes. Finally the management company is just a phone call away should you encounter any difficulties with the home.

The Villa's Kitchen
This luxury villa offers spacious accommodation and is two story with a total floor space of about 2100 sq. ft. This provides vastly more space and privacy than even the largest hotel suite. The accommodation comprises of 4 good sized bedrooms, set up as 2 doubles and 2 twins each with built-in wardrobes.

The villa provides comfortable accommodation for between 2 and 8 people and there are two bathrooms, both featuring double sinks, shower and bath.

Three bedrooms are upstairs together with the family bathroom, the other master bedroom is downstairs with luxury en-suite bathroom. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. The rest of the downstairs comprises of an entrance hall, kitchen, breakfast room, utility room, lounge and dining area.

Access to the pool is at the rear through patio doors. There is a covered area with patio table and chairs which is ideal for eating outside or just taking a break from the sun. There is ample room around the pool to lie out on one of the lounges and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The whole pool area is screened Florida style by a fine mesh which allows the sun in but keeps the bugs out.
