Location type
Our home is located on quiet residential community, known as Rolling Hills at Formosa Gardens and is a few minutes drive from several golf courses - Falcons Crest, Championsgate and all Disney courses are just a few minutes drive away.
Kitchen
Our kitchen comes complete with all of the appliances that you could wish for to make your holiday catering easy, if you wish to eat at home or entertain.
The kitchen contains a large fridge/freezer, ceramic topped cooker, whisper quiet dishwasher, waste disposal and lots of small electrical appliances such as kettle, coffee maker, blender etc., and even a tea pot.
Adjoining the kitchen is our breakfast/cafe area with a table and six chairs, where you can sit and overlook the swimming pool.
Living room
Our living room is the entertainment centre of the house. It is fitted with two comfortable sofas and an armchair.
The entertainment unit consists of a 52" High Definition LCD television with numerous digital channels. Linked to the HD television is a Blue Ray DVD player and 'Bose' sound system. The quality of picture and sound with Blue Ray HD movies is quite amazing.
CD music discs can also be played on the Blue Ray DVD player.
For the younger members of your party, there is a Playstation.
Dining room
The dining room is adjoining the Gathering Room. This room has a high cathederal ceiling and two very comfortable sofas, where you an relax, if you wish, whilst other members of your party are watching television.
There is a good size dining table and six comfortable padded chairs.
Bathroom
There are four full bathrooms within our home. Each master bedroom has its own bathroom. The one bathroom upstairs is also shared by the twin bedoom. The downstairs master bedroom has a walk in shower, twin wash basins, toilet and a large corner bath. You can access the swimming pool from this bathroom.
The two upstairs bathrooms have a toilet, bath with shower and sliding glass doors and a single wash basin.
The fourth bathroom downstairs has a toilet, single washbasin and a walk in shower
Bedrooms
The downstairs master bedroom has a massive kingsize bed, , dressing table, bed side chests and a walk in wardrobe.
Three further bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs have Queen size beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside chests.
There are two twin bedrooms, one upstairs decorated in Pooh Bear style and one downstairs decorated for the older children or adults. Each of these twin rooms has a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe.
Each bedroom has its own television and a ceiling fan.
Outside space
Our home is located on a very private premium lot. The swimming pool is one of the largest you will find in a rental home, being 40' x 20' and also has a spa.
The pool is surrounded by an extended deck area with lots of space for six loungers, two seating areas which will seat twelve people.
The pool and spa may be heated if you require. After a tiring day at the theme parks or shopping, it is a joy to relax in the heated spa.The gardens are landscaped with shrubs and palm trees.
Laundry
There is a separate laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and steam iron.
Parking
There is a double garage and parking on the drive for a further two vehicles
Leisure facilities
You are spoilt for choice for the numerous place you can visit for leisure. Of course there are all of the Disney Theme and water Parks just a few minutes drive away. Universal Studios and Sea World are less than 30 minutes drive. Busch Gardens and the white sand beaches of the Gulf coast are around 90 minutes away and in the opposite direction you can be at Cape Canaveral within 60 minutes. If you're lucky, you can watch the Space Shuttle or rocket take off from our pool area.
Restaurants
There are numerous restaurants to choose from within a short drive. Within 5 minutes there are Outback Steakhouse, Perkins, Dennys, TGI Fridays, Carrabbas (a great Italian restaurant) and of couse you can always send out for that Pizza or Chinese.
Distance from airports/ports
Orlando International Airport is around 25 minutes drive. Sandford Airport is a little further away and will take upto an hours travel.
If you are arriving or departing by sea, Port Canaveral id about 75 minutes drive away.
Additional features
Our home really is kept to the highest standards for discerning guests. All rooms are fully air conditioned. All bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans to further assist with the cooling.
If you experience some cooler days in the winter months, the air conditioning system can be switched over to heating.
For your added security, our home has been fitted with a monitored 'Brinks' alarm system.
A large security safe has also been provided in which you can store your valuable items.
