Jasmine’s Palace is situated on Sandy Ridge, which is a peaceful community surrounded by lush conservation land in Orlando. BRAND NEW for 2007, our luxury air-conditioned home is furnished to the highest standard, in a Floridian style. There is a very well equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The formal dining area seats 6-8 comfortably and the large family room has vaulted ceilings which give our home a light and airy feel, this room is equipped with cable TV, Hifi, DVD, Playstation 3 and wireless internet. Patio doors lead to the extended deck area with a sun bathed private 30ft screened pool, 5 person Hot Tub, child safety fence and luxury padded poolside furniture ideal for relaxing after a swim, and we have ample seating for alfresco dining. The covered lanai provides shade and a ceiling fan for the many sunny Florida days, why not relax and unwind with a glass of wine. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bath and separate shower, then upstairs there is a further queen size bedroom and two twin bedded rooms ( one of which has a Disney theme) and in total our home has 2.5 bathrooms. A crib, stroller, highchair and baby monitor are available for use at no extra charge. Why not invite some friends and family along to share the costs, the villa is big enough for two families.

Jasmine's Palace is located in the peaceful community of Sandy Ridge amongst lush conservation land. Sandy Ridge is opposite Reunion Resort with 54 holes of championship golf. In addition just 2 miles away we have 36 holes of amazing golf at Champions Gate as well at the David Leadbetter golf acedemy. We also have a multitude of other superb courses available within 10-15 minutes, including the many Disney courses.

Living room
The large family room has vaulted ceilings which gives the home a light and airy feeling. This room is equipped with a cable TV, Hifi, DVD, Playstation 3 and wireless internet - all for your use when you rent our Florida vacation home.

Dining room
The formal dining area seats 6-8 comfortably.

Bathroom
There is a family bathroom upstair with a bath, shower and toilet. In addition, the Master Bedroom has an ensuite bath, shower and toilet. There is also a seperate WC.
All towels are provided for your stay.

Bedrooms
The Master suite is a very specious and includes a super king bed, walk in dressing room, cable TV/DVD and full ensuite facilites.
The second room offers a queen bed large wardrobes and cableTV/DVD.
The third and fourth rooms offer twin beds, wardrobes and cable TV/DVD, one of the twin rooms has a Nemo theme.
All beddinng is provided and all room have ceiling fans.

Entertainment
Jasmine's Palace offers a games room including full size pool table, air hockey and electronic darts. We also have a Playstation 3 and games for your enjoyment.

Outside space
Jasmine's Palace has a private 30ft designer pool with an extended deck area offering ample room for our luxury sunbeds and NEW 5 person Hot Tub with FREE spa heating. We have seating for 6 people under the lanai with a ceiling fan for your comfort. We also have a gas BBQ(grille) for use during your stay.

Laundry
Our home is provided with plenty of towels and bedding for your stay. We also have a washing machine, tumble dryer, airer, iron and ironing board in the laundry room.

Parking
We have ample parking for 4 cars on our drive.

Leisure facilities
Jasmine's Palace is located just 10 minutes from Disney and ideally positioned, close to the many attractions that Orlando has to offer.

Restaurants
The US192 with an abundance of Restaurants can be found just a quick 10 minutes drive from the villa, catering to every taste and budget. There are many different chains, such as Perkins Family Restaurant, Bob Evans, Ruby Tuesdays, Red Lobster, Sizzlers, TGI Friday's and Ponderosa Steakhouse, all of which serve excellent meals. The fierce competition between the many restaurants helps to ensure that food is of good value and quality. For faster food, there are also the well known names of McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell and Wendy's. For an evening that is a little more special, try Carrabas Italian Grill, Outback Steakhouse or Key w Kools.
