GolfHolidayRentals.com is a means of contacting property owners for the purpose of a holiday rental only. Use of the site for any other means is prohibited.
 
GolfHolidayRentals.com will not be held responsible or liable for any inaccuracies or misleading information for the accuracy of made in the information provided by the owner or agent of properties on the website. Advertisements are accepted from property owners in good faith in the expectation that accurate property descriptions will be given.
 
The advertiser is responsible for checking the right to use the pictures and text used in their advertisements. The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the copyright in such material or is authorised by the owner thereof to grant to GolfHolidayRentals.com the rights therein contained. GolfHolidayRentals.com cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.  The advertiser agrees to indemnify GolfHolidayRentals.com against all claims brought for infringements of copyright or other rights from the use of such material supplied by the advertiser.
 
If GolfHolidayRentals.com receives valid complaints from site users about a property, we reserve the right to withdraw this property immediately from our website with no refund due to the advertiser. Reasons for this will include inaccurate or unsuitable text in the property description, poor upkeep / maintenance of property, or continued failure to respond to enquiries.
 
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that information displayed in their property pages is correct and valid, and that the availability charts are kept up-to-date.   Advertisers will be able to update text, pictures and contact details via their own personal account online. Advertisers can withdraw their properties at any time from GolfHolidayRentals.com; no refund will be given.
 
Advertisers will be able to add one external link from their advertisement to their own private website relating to the advertised property on the condition that a reciprocal link is given back to GolfHolidayRentals.com. If this is abused, GolfHolidayRentals.com reserves the right to withdraw the advert without notice.
 
Only one property can appear on each advertisement. Special rates can be negotiated for multiple properties; please enquire at info@golfholidayrentals.com for details.
 
Advertisers can pay to advertise their property through our secure payment system via Google Checkout or by sending a cheque to GolfHolidayRentals.com, Euro House, Cinder Hill, Horsted Keynes, West Sussex, RH17 7BA. If payment is made via Google Checkout, the property will be advertised within 24 working hours; if payment is made by cheque, please allow 7 working days.
 
GolfHolidayRentals.com reserves the right to change the layout or content of our website at any time, and will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or consequences, resulting from any re-design of the website. GolfHolidayRentals.com reserves the right to edit text, layout or pictures supplied by advertisers.
 
GolfHolidayRentals.com reserves the right to change advertising prices and conditions at any time. Any new prices and conditions will apply immediately for all new advertisements and for new renewals.
 
GolfHolidayRentals.com retains the right to refuse any advertisement without having to state a reason.
 
In no event shall GolfHolidayRentals.com be liable to the advertiser for any lost profits or damages whether consequential, incidental, indirect or special.
 
When an email enquiry is sent to an owner, GolfHolidayRentals.com reserves the right to use this email address for the use of marketing purposes within the same group of companies. An “opt out” opportunity will always be given. The only time an email address will be given to anyone outside of the same group of companies will be in extreme legal-related circumstances.
 
All text and images digital images contained on this website are the property of GolfHolidayRentals.com, and shall not be reproduced without our written permission.
 
Due to the complex nature of the internet that is out of our control, GolfHolidayRentals.com cannot guarantee that our site will be available 100% of the time. However, this is monitored 24 hours a day and any breaks in service will be kept to a minimum.
