Situated on the ground floor it’s just a stone’s throw from the resort’s supermarket (opposite), bars, restaurants and clubhouse, it is ideal for golfers and holidaymakers that want plenty of facilities on their doorstep.
With many facilities including a plasma TV (cable), CD/DVD player, air conditioning in the lounge and fans in each bedroom, this comfortable apartment has a fantastic central location that’s hard to beat.
Situated just 20 minutes' drive from Murcia airport and 15-20 minutes form the beach town of Santiago de la Ribera and Los Alcazares, which offer many shops, bars, banks, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, the apartment is also only 20 minutes’ drive from Murcia city.
The apartment has a sofa bed and can sleep up to 6 people for an additional charge. The bedrooms can be made into doubles or twins accordingly.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. All prices include air conditioning. Prices are subject to change at the owner’s discretion. Shorter stays are welcome at £65 per night, plus a standard cleaning fee.
Deposit
100 deposit (non refundable) per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. An additional cleaning/laundry fee of £65 applies to all bookings. Weekend golf breaks are welcome. Any bookings taken outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year period are £250 a week.
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.

Change Over Days
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Weekend to weekend bookings are preferred

Outside space
Views of the communal pool area and garden area can be seen from the terrace. The apartment has 4 sunbeds (please ensure these are locked up or brought in at night please).
There is one terrace area with a table for alfresco dining and 4 sunbeds. Guests have access to a large communal pool and garden area, with plenty of room for sunbathing. There is also a children’s play area directly in front of the apartment. Guests can use any of the resorts 12 communal pools. There are also many children’s play areas and free tennis courts available for use. Sunbeds must be put away at nighttime.
Laundry
Towels and linen are included. If an additional clean is required during your stay, this will be an extra charge. Please note: towels are for apartment use only and guests should bring their own beach/pool towels.

Guests have access to the resort's 18-hole par 68 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other courses in the area including Mar Menor, el Valle, Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga Golf Resort is also approx. 20 minutes' drive. Guests staying at the apartment can benefit from a temporary residents’ discount on all Polaris golf course, please ask for details.
Other activities include golf, tennis, cycling, rollerblading and horse riding. Mar Menor's sandy beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow and depths only reach 7m. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade. There are plenty of cafes, tapas bars, palm trees and restaurants found along the beachfront also.
