The resort has a brand new clubhouse, which is a 10 minute walk from the villa and will soon have the Asador El Valle (a charcoal grill barbecue restaurant), Sandalo chill out bar, pro golf shop, Clover Pub, supermarket and 24hr cash point.

Payment Methods
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. All prices include air conditioning. Prices are subject to change at the owner’s discretion.

Deposit
£100 deposit (non refundable) per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. An additional cleaning/laundry fee of £70 applies to all bookings, please ask for details. Weekend golf breaks are welcome. Any bookings taken outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year period are £500 a week.

Security deposit
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.


Change Over Days
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Weekend to weekend bookings are preferred.

For those clients who wish to free themselves of the burden of driving to alternative Polaris World Golf Resorts, Polaris World provide a scheduled bus service to each of their golf resorts. The El Valle Club House and practise greens are approximately 5-10 minutes' walk from the villa.
Hydro massage bath is ideal for relaxing after a hard day golfing.
