Location type
The apartment overlooks Duquesa Golf fairway, and is just 5 minutes drive from Duquesa Port and Sabinillas, where there are many restaurants offering all sorts of cuisine - Spanish, Italian, Indian, Chinese, French etc. Gibraltar is just 30 minutes drive away, and there are beaches very near, with one particularly nice one for children near Estepona, about 15 minutes drive away. There is a huge shopping centre - La Cañada - near Marbella.

Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped for all your self-catering needs, with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, electric oven, toaster, iron and ironing board.

Living room
The apartment is fitted with high quality furnishings throughout, and has cool marble floors. The living area is well furnished with a sofa-bed, sofa and recliner, all in cool leather, with TV/DVD which can access British channels through the freeview box, and dining table for six people.

Dining table and six chairs.

Bathroom
The en-suite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and shower, and there is a second bathroom with shower.

Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, fitted wardrobes and drawer space. All bed linen is provided, and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

Entertainment
TV/DVD with access to British channels through a freeview box.

Outside space
The terrace overlooks the fairway, and is the perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast or when you want to wind down at the end of the day. Terrace table and seating for six.

Laundry
Washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Parking
Allocated parking in the underground garage with lift access to the apartment.

Leisure facilities
The complex has a large (unheated) swimming pool, and several smaller pools including one just across the road from the apartment. There is also a tennis court near the main pool.

Restaurants
There are bars and a snack bar at The Courtyard, a few minutes drive away, and a full range of restaurants in Duquesa Port.

Distance from airports/ports
The main airport is Malaga, about an hour's drive away. Gibraltar Airport is about 30 minutes drive.

Additional features
There is air-conditioning, with warm air for those cooler months.

Suitability
Not suitable for the disabled due to the dependency on the lift from the garage or street level. We request no smoking in the apartment - please respect this and restrict smoking to the terrace or the landing.
